About the Falcon
It is estimated that falcons have eight times better vision than humans, allowing these raptors to spot small prey from nearly two miles away.
Almost going extinct like the iconic bald eagle, the falcon suffered heavily in North America from the widespread use of the pesticides, but has since recovered and has been removed from the endangered species list.
Green Sustainable & Fantastic
The cottage from structural design to construction has been built to be resource-efficient. Lovely additional features found within falcon are it’s skylight and smaller peepholes windows letting in the light wherever possible.
Seven Hawk’s Vineyard & Winery
Our vineyards are planted with almost 17,000 northern hybrid grape vines, making us one of the largest vineyards in the Upper Midwest. All of our grapes are hand-pruned, hand-tended, and hand-harvested, and all of our wines are estate-grown and estate- bottled, and waiting for you to taste when you visit Coopers Cottage, or when you visit our tasting room, where tastings of our wines are always FREE!
